Shopist is a platform that acts as an intermediary between the seller and the buyer. The relevant seller is responsible for shipping the product on time, completely, and correctly.
Damaged Packages
If any crushing, opening, tearing, or damage is detected on the package during delivery, it is recommended to have a report drawn up with the courier officer before accepting the product.
Undeliverable Deliveries
The relevant user is responsible for any delays that may occur due to the buyer not being present at the address, providing an incorrect address, or similar situations that prevent delivery.
